John Desch is a senior escalation engineer in Microsoft Customer Services and Support (CSS), in the Microsoft Support Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been with Microsoft since 1997 and has supported every version of Analysis Services from Analysis Services 7.0 to Analysis Services 2008. He focuses primarily on Analysis Services database design and performance tuning. He has helped drive improvements in Analysis Services, including such features as the attribute relationship designer and the aggregation designer.
