Keith Elmore

Microsoft Corp.

Keith Elmore is a Principal Escalation Engineer in Microsoft and has worked in the Microsoft Customer Service and Support site in Irving, Texas since 1995. He focuses primarily on SQL engine performance troubleshooting and optimization. He has helped drive improvements into the product, including features such as sys.dm_exec_query_stats and SQL Server 2008’s Management Data Warehouse. He has released several publicly available tools to investigate performance issues including the Performance Dashboard Reports for SQL Server 2005 and the RML Utilities for SQL Server.
