Shon Hauck

Shon Hauck started working for Microsoft in 1998 supporting NT 3.51 and NT 4. In 1999 Shon moved to the Cluster / Datacenter escalation team supporting a wide variety of high available solutions. While on the Cluster / Datacenter team, Shon wrote several Internal and MOC training for Windows 2000 Clustering, Windows 2003 Server Cluster and IA64 Platform and OS support. In addition has delivered training around the world on different technologies. Previous to Microsoft Shon work at Sandia National Labs as a system administrator, and assisted in planning and deploying end to end customer solutions. In early 2006 Shon moved to his current role as a SQL Webdata Developer Support Escalation Engineer. Since being on the team he has worked to create SQL 2005 and SQL 2008 Clustering Training, in addition to working with the product group on technologies such as SQL CE . During the SQL 2008 Failover Clustering product development Shon worked closely with the SQL product team during the development process. Shon's Knowledge with Core OS, Clustering and SQL Server extends to advanced troubleshooting to include Advanced User Mode and Kernel Mode debugging, networking and performance analysis.
