Maciek Sarnowicz

Maciek Sarnowicz is currently a Senior Development Lead in SQL Server Manageability product unit. Maciek has been working in SQL Server group for 7 years, since he joined Microsoft as an SDE. Maciek worked on number of SQL Server management tools and services, mostly related to performance tuning and troubleshooting. Most recently Maciek has helped ship Data Collection and Performance Data Warehouse for SQL Server in 2008 release. Before Microsoft Maciek has worked for a number of small companies in Canada and in Poland, where he grew up. Maciek completed MS in Computer Science at Technical University in Cracow, Poland.

He lives with his wife and two sons in Redmond and enjoys sailing in the summer and skiing in the winter.
